St Martin de Porres Relic Holy Card

This prayer card is enclosed in a plastic envelope and has a picture of Saint Martin de Porres on the front and a third class relic on the reverse.

The card measures approximately 7,5cm by 5,5cm  and fits easily in a purse or a wallet.

St Martin de Porres was born in Lima Peru in 1579. He is the patron saint of racial  harmony, social justice and people of mixed race as he was born of a mixed race couple. He learned some medical skills and later joined the Dominican order and was known for his kindness and healing.
