St Gerard Majella Holy Card

Lovely card that is laminated and measures approximately  11,5cm by 7cm. The card is printed on both sides. The front of the card has an image to St Gerard and on the reverse  there is a prayer for motherhood.

St Gerard Majella is well known  saint and often invoked  for motherhood  and for a safe delivery.

This saint was born of poor parents  in Italy  and first apprenticed as a tailor under his father who was a tailor. and had ill health. He tried to join the Capuchins and was rejected. he then joined the Redemptorists where he was a porter, tailor, gardener and sacristan.
